And, referral fees are paid monthly, provided you've accrued $50 or more in fees. Additionally, since we realize some purchases are made after several trips to our Site, we'll pay you for sales made within 14 days of the date you referred the customer!

Does it cost anything to become an Affiliate Member?

No! It is absolutely free to become an Affiliate Member. There is no charge whatsoever and there is no minimum sales requirement.

What are my responsibilities as an Affiliate Member?

You're responsible for one thing; placing our banner or special hyperlink on your Site—that's it! We take care of the rest.

What are our responsibilities?

We provide you with the tools and support you need to maximize sales from your Site. We make available to you a variety of excellent promotions, banners and links that can help drive sales—ready to copy, paste and go. We handle the entire shopping experience, the orders, shipping, billing, and all customer service issues—we do it all!

How do I sign up?

First, read our Affiliate Agreement, and then complete a quick online registration—that's all! You will immediately have access to your new Affiliate account, as well as a choice of banners and links to choose from to place on your Site. We'll also provide information about getting started and tips about successful linking and placement.

Can a Website outside the United States be an Affiliate?

Yes. We welcome Affiliates from anywhere in the world. However, we will ship products only to U.S. customers and accept payment only in U.S. dollars. Also, all commission payment checks to Affiliates are in U.S. dollars. For more information, please see our Affiliate Agreement.

I operate more than one Website. Can I still be an affiliate?

Yes! Affiliate Members may have multiple Sites. You can have one account with us that will include all of your Sites and you can be paid with one commission check, if desired. To set up an account with multiple Sites, please contact us at affiliatememberservices@carellidesign.com with the names and URLs of the additional Sites.

Is my Website eligible to become an Affiliate Member?

Most Sites will qualify to participate in the program. Anyone may register, but we do reserve the right to refuse membership or revoke a Site's membership at any time if we deem that it contains objectionable material. Detailed Affiliate Site Requirements can be found in our Affiliate Agreement.

I don't have a Website. Can I still apply?

Unfortunately, no. You must have a Website online and available for public view to be accepted as an Affiliate.

Can I participate in other Affiliate programs?

Yes, but remember that more prominent placement generally results in increased sales, which means more commissions for you. For further information regarding placement of links, please refer to our Affiliate Agreement.

Will becoming an Affiliate Member increase traffic to my Site?

By linking to content on our Site, you increase the value of your Site to your visitors. This may increase the number of return trips your visitors make to your Site.

What is Affiliate Member Services?

We provide our Affiliate Member Services as a part of the Affiliate package, a password-protected area exclusively dedicated to the concerns of our Affiliate Members. When logged in, Member Services provides detailed easy-to-read reports concerning account activities, as well as account management 24/7. How do I create links?

We supply a variety of eye-catching banners and special hyperlinks to choose from. You will be assigned an Affiliate link (URL) at the completion of registration. Simply copy and paste the URL into your Website—you’re linked and ready to go! We’ll provide you simple instructions on how to do it, or we’ll do it for you. Where should I place the links on my Site?

Place links where they are easy for your visitors to find, such as your home page, navigation bar or where your content complements our products. Keep in mind that if you place links in an easily accessible location on your Site, your visitors will be more likely to link and make a purchase.

How often should I update my links?

You should update links to our Sites frequently. We may add new products, promotions or banners, so you can create new links that fit the interests of your visitors on an ongoing basis.

Can I use your content on my Site?

You may use the banners and special links we provide to Participants. However, you may not use any other content made available on our Websites. We are very strict about copyrighted material. Please see our Affiliate Agreement for detailed information.

How much can I earn?

How much you earn is dependent on how much revenue your Site generates. This is typically a reflection of your Site hit volume, link placement, and the particular demographics of your Sites visitors. We offer a generous commission way above the norm, a walloping ten percent (10%) on all products and accessory online sales generated through your Site. In our case, these are big ticket items! And, since we realize some purchases are made after several trips to our Site, we pay you for sales made within 14 days of the initial referral!

How often do I get paid?

We pay you on a monthly basis for every month in which your total commission exceeds $50. If your commission for the month is less than $50, the full amount you earned is carried over to the next month. Once your commission exceeds $50, we'll send you a check. Please see our Affiliate Agreement for detailed payment term information.

How do I know how much commission I've earned?

Affiliate Member Services allows you to monitor the status of your account 24/7. You can access it by directing your browser to www.carellidesign.com/affiliates/us/en/.

Do I earn commissions on my own purchases?

Yes. When you buy products from us through your Website, you earn the same commission on your purchase that you would from a purchase made by one of your visitors. This applies to Affiliate Members only. Our Business-to-Business (Reseller) Member Accounts are not eligible for the Affiliate Members Program.

What about product returns?

If a user returns a product for a refund or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction. For more information, please refer to our Affiliate Agreement.

How can I monitor my sales?

Affiliate Member Services allows you to monitor the status of your account anytime. You can access it by directing your browser to www.carellidesign.com/affiliates/us/en/.

How often can I run reports?

You can run reports as often as you wish. Affiliate Member Services allows you to monitor the status of your account 24/7. Our database is updated daily with the latest information about campaign performance from your Site.

How do I change my account information?

Once you are a registered Affiliate Member, Member Services allows you to modify your account information anytime. You can access it by directing your browser to www.carellidesign.com/affiliates/us/en/.

Who processes orders and handles customer service?

We take care of every customer that you refer to our Site with the same great service we provide to our customers and clients. All you have to do is place links on your Site—we do the rest!

How will you know that the orders came from my Website?

All links from your Site to ours contain a unique HTML identifier. Every time a user comes to us via your Site, we know to credit you when your customer purchases a product from us.
