Product return & refund policy

Product may be returned within 30 calendar days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please call 1-800-464-2800 (select 1121 for Customer Service) for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within fifteen (15) calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unused in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to us within fifteen (15) calendar days of our issuance of the RMA. Returned products must be in new condition and packed in the original, unmarked packaging, including any accessories, manuals and documentation that shipped with the product. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable, including a shipment refused at time of delivery. We can not accept returns or exchanges of our products purchased from other vendors. Please refer to their return/refund policy.
