General Information
Important: The following “Press Account Administration Guidelines” apply exclusively to Press Members and use of the Press Members Website (“Site”). They do not apply to any other restricted area, unrestricted area or Site provided by Carelli International Corporation.
The Press Members Website is a restricted area containing confidential content. By using a password to access the Press Members Site, you indicate your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth in the following “Press Account Administration Guidelines.” If you are not sure about your legal obligations, do not access or use the Press Members Site.
PRESS ACCOUNT ADMINISTRATION GUIDELINES
1.0 The Account Administrator shall have general responsibility to manage and administer your Company's registration and user accounts to access and use the Press Members area ("Site") in compliance with the Press Registration and License Agreement.
2.0 Responsibilities of the Account Administrator shall include, but not be limited to:
2.1 Advising each Company employee for which a user account is established of the terms and conditions governing use of the user account and the content that is available from the Site. A copy of the Press Registration and License Agreement may be distributed to such Company employee either in hard copy or in electronic form.
2.2 Maintaining the security of identification, password, and other confidential information relating to Company's registration or any user account. If unauthorized use of any user account or other breach of security (including loss, theft, or unauthorized disclosure of identification, password, and other confidential information) is discovered or suspected, the Account Administrator shall immediately notify Carelli International at Press Relations and shall take immediate action to prevent further unauthorized use of such user account, including all actions as Carelli International reasonably may request.
2.3 Periodically reviewing and updating the profiles for your Company and all user accounts established under your Company's registration.
2.4 Serving as the principal contact for correspondence from Carelli International for matters relating to Company's access to and use of materials located on the Site.
