Available Shipping Methods
We ship via FedEx, UPS and Commercial Carriers. Unless a specific shipping method is indicated on your order (optional during checkout on most products), items are shipped UPS or FedEX Standard Ground (requiring typically 3-5 business days within the United States).
We offer four (4) convenient shipping options:
Next Day Delivery—package(s) will be delivered the next business day after shipment*
Second Day Delivery—package(s) will arrive 2 business days after shipment*
Ground Shipping—package(s) will arrive within 10 business days of shipment*
Commercial Carrier—package(s) will arrive as defined in the order confirmation details**
Items in your order may ship from multiple locations and you may receive packages separately. You will not be charged extra for multiple packages.
Shipment Delays
Occasionally, an order may be delayed or back ordered. If a delay or back order occurs, we will notify you via email. You will have the option to cancel delayed items, provided that they have not already entered the shipping process. Special order items may not be canceled.

We provide technical assistance free of charge on products we manufacture. We also have affiliates that provide product technical support in areas outside established regions of distribution.
Authorized Resellers can purchase products directly online. Items are shipped worldwide from various fulfillment centers fast.
